But it's still possibly worth a try.] You can ask Zeref if he sense any trace of Black Magic. But you know, all black looking magic is not necessarily "Black Magic" the way Zeref and I know it.
[Few people know it but, before she founded Fairy Tail, Mavis used to call herself "Black Wizard Mavis", and she does know some Black Magic. Mostly what's related to Ankhseram's curse. But Zeref is still more knowledgeable than her when it comes to that topic.]

I think so... Once it dissolved, there was absolutely no trace of it. No sounds, gunk, bones, dust... not even the smell. It was just...gone.

I was in the Haven when it appeared. I could hear all the havoc it was causing. I don't know how it got there or where it came from.
